WHAT IS AN ARTISAN DREAM HOME?
An Artisan Dream Home is a newly constructed home that exemplifies outstanding quality and design.
How is an Artisan Dream Home chosen?
Any builder in the Twin Cities is welcome to apply, but only a few are selected. Dream Homes are unique and picked to “wow” and inspire visitors. There are only 3-4 Artisan Dream Homes and 2 Remodeled Homes for the upcoming Fall 2016 tour. Highmark is excited to have a Dream Home on tour this year.
Artisan Dream Home requirements:
A Dream Home cannot be in any other tour or Parade of Homes event.
They have to be ready by the start of the tour.
Dream Home must be fully furnished.
It must exhibit high quality design and craftsmanship.
The home must be at least $1,200,000 or $250 per sq. ft.
Specially selected by BATC representatives
A home that meets the requirements above is then toured by the BATC Foundation Dream Home representatives. The representatives will look at the homes price, location, size, style, parking, etc, to make sure the home will be a perfect addition to the tour.
Make sure to see the Dream Homes
If you only have time to see a couple of homes during the fall, make sure to tour some of the spectacular Dream Homes. The one of a kind home designs will inspire you: grand entrances, flowing open spaces, custom crafted built-ins, and professional interior design. Our Artisan Dream Home is #350 and located in Edina (shown above). We’d love for you to come chat with us and tour the home.
When the 2016 Fall Parade of Home Tour is:
